CANCELLATION POLICY: GROUP RESERVATIONS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE
Trip Insurance is highly recommended. We do not provide any refunds for cancellations, under any circumstances except what has been outlined in our cancellation policy listed above, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of god, storms, hurricanes, government travel warnings, airline/travel delays/interruptions, disease outbreaks including epidemic/pandemic, sickness, hospitalization, and death. For these reasons, the Customer is strongly encouraged to purchase trip cancellation insurance for the reservation. If you choose not to purchase insurance, then you fully accept responsibility for any monetary damages that you may suffer due to cancellation or interruption/delay of your reservation. Host and partners of the hostel are not insurance carriers. The Customer is responsible for their own due diligence on researching options of trip cancellation insurance.

Given the wide-spread awareness of Covid-19, we believe people understand the risks in traveling during a pandemic. Anything can happen, government lockdowns, flight delays, as well as sickness. Our cancellation policy is firm. Flexible Standard reservations qualify for refunded deposits, IF the reservation is canceled 5 days before the scheduled arrival. Non-refundable reservations are never eligible for refunds, regardless of the circumstances. These cancellation policies apply to your reservation, even if you cancel due to covid related issues.
